Robin directs documentaries about subjects from his own surroundings, like his grandfathers car (Lagonda) or the drawings of a good friend (Islands of the Soul). He succeeds in finding out the exceptional, interesting and poetic aspects of his subjects and share them with the audience in a very personal style.
